Estate Sales Policies

Returns  We offer refunds on select non-working electronics and defective items, subject to our discretion. Refunds must be made by contacting us within one week of purchase.

Restrooms  We are not OSHA/ADA approved and therefore it is not allowed for us to let you use any restrooms at our sales.

Large items If you need to pick up items with a larger vehicle,  we can hold onto your paid item until you return to pick it up during regular sale hours. Our team members will not be able to help you move large items.

First come first served policy for in person estate sales
